The Fiserv User Experience Team conducted an in-depth ethnographic study of individual online banking and bill pay users. The study investigated the attitudes, goals, behaviors and needs of consumers who currently use online banking and bill pay services.
By understanding the motivations and perspectives that lead to specific user behaviors, the Fiserv design personas are setting the stage for a new generation of online banking solutions. This deep knowledge about the people who bank online provides a unique, user-centered view of the experience that users need, expect and want from their ideal online bank.
